Appreciated for its beaches, its ports and its view of the Lérins islands and Cap d'Antibes, Golfe Juan offers diving enthusiasts a very rich sea bed. Close to the sea and shops, in an oasis of greenery with hundred-year-old palm trees, the residence offers a wide range of leisure activities: ping-pong, petanque, fitness area (for a fee) and, from April, a beautiful swimming pool with paddling pool. You will stay in equipped apartments that open onto a terrace.

Timetables and conditions
Conditions:
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay. Rates valid until 31/03/19 and subject to change after this period.
Deposit to be paid on site: 300€/ apartment (2 payments: apartment + cleaning)
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or returned by post.
Tourist tax to be paid on site: 1,50€/night/person (+18 years old)
Eco-participation: 0,20€/night/person (+18 years old)
Arrival and departure times:
Rental formula: arrival between 5pm and 8pm - Departure before 10am
Escapade package: arrival from 4pm - Departure before 11am
In case of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the residence which will inform you of the procedure to follow.
