Surrounded by the sea on three sides, the Crozon peninsula has 60 km of coastline, including 12 beaches and strikes and many natural sites. Only 10 minutes from the centre and the beach, the residence consists of small houses with apartments equipped with wifi access (for a fee). Everything has been designed for your relaxation and leisure: heated indoor swimming pool, fitness area, sauna (for a fee), playroom, multisports ground, petanque ground, playground, table tennis and pool table (for a fee).

Timetables and conditions
Conditions :
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay. Rates valid until 31/03/19 and subject to change after this period.
Deposit to be paid on site: 300€ (2 payments: apartment + cleaning)
Possible payment: cheque, cash or bank imprint (pre-authorization)
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or by post in the event of early departure.
Tourist tax to be paid on site: 1,10€/night/person (+ 18 years old)
Eco participation: 0,20€/night/person (+13 years old)
Arrival and departure times:
Rental package: arrival from 5pm - Departure before 10am
Escapade package: arrival from 5pm - Departure before 11am
In case of late arrival, please inform the residence by phone on 02 98 26 27 12 which will inform you of the procedure to follow
