The estate is located along a magnificent wild coast, 500 m from the sea (beach access at 4 km) and 10 mn by car from Les Sables d'Olonne. In winter, this domain offers a rental in small houses and mobile homes (in October and April) with kitchen (microwave, dishwasher in the houses), shower room, separate WC for the most part, Wifi access (charged) and terrace.
At your disposal a multisports ground, table tennis, tennis, petanque, children's games and bike rental (in April only).

Timetables and conditions
Conditions :
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay. Rates valid until 31/03/19 and subject to change after this period.
Deposit to be paid on arrival: 300€ (2 payments: apartment + cleaning)
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or returned by post. The accommodation must be returned in a perfectly clean condition. Otherwise a lump sum will be deducted from the deposit.
Tourist tax to be paid on site (all year round): 0,61€/day/person (cottage) - 1,05€/day/person (cottage) (+18 years old)
Eco-participation all year round: 0,20€/day/person (+13 years old)
Arrival and departure times:
Rental package: arrival from 5pm - Departure before 10am
Escapade package: arrival from 4pm - Departure before 11am
In case of arrival outside the opening hours of the reception, please inform the residence which will inform you of the procedure to follow.
