Directly on the marina, the Residence consists of 3 small buildings around a garden, 300 m from Lake Hourtin Carcans and its beaches. The apartments are equipped with kitchenette, bathroom with WC, free television and wifi access, terrace or balcony.
At your disposal: heated outdoor swimming pool, restaurant open from 18/06 to 17/09, children's playground, boules pitch, paid laundry and free open parking.
2 2-room apartments are accessible to people with reduced mobility or disabilities (with shower). It is recommended that the person be accompanied because the kitchen cupboards and microwave are high up.

Timetables and conditions
Conditions :
Prices in euros, per accommodation and per stay. Rates valid until 31/03/19 and subject to change after this period.
Deposit to be paid on site: 300€ (2 payments: accommodation + cleaning)
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or returned by post within 10 days.
The accommodation must be returned in a perfectly clean condition. Otherwise a lump sum will be deducted from the deposit.
Tourist tax to be paid on site (indicative rate): 1,30€/day/person (+18 years old)
Eco participation: 0,20€/day/person
Arrival and departure times:
Rental package: arrival from 5pm - Departure before 10am
Escapade package: arrival from 4pm - Departure before 11am
In case of arrival outside the opening hours of the reception, inform the residence which will inform you of the procedure to follow.
