To reach the fine sandy beach that borders the ocean, all you have to do is take a small pedestrian path among pines and oaks. The Residence, with its typical Landes architecture, offers apartments,

At your disposal: unheated outdoor swimming pool open from mid-May to the end of September, paid laundry and free open parking.

Timetables and conditions
Conditions :
Prices in euros, per apartment and per stay. Rates valid until 31/03/19 and subject to change after this period.
Deposit to be paid on site: 300€ (2 payments: apartment + cleaning)
The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure or returned by post.
Tourist tax to be paid on site: 1.40€/day/person (+18 years old)
Eco participation to be paid on site: 0,20€/day/person (+18 years old)
Departure and arrival times:
Rental package: arrival from 5pm - Departure before 10am
Escapade package: arrival from 4pm - Departure before 11am
In the event of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the Residence, which will inform you of the procedure to follow.
