The 45 apartments, ranging from the studio apartment for 2 to the 3-roomed apartment for 6 people, are all fully equipped: kitchenette (electric hotplate, fridge, microwave and dishwasher in some apartments), bathroom, separate toilet (except in the studio apartments), fee-paying television and balcony, with garden furniture.
They are all situated on the 1st to the 6th floor (no ground floor apartments), with view either of the sea or of the mountains
Two 2-roomed apartments for 4 pers (one overlooking the sea, one the mountains), are equipped for persons of reduced mobility, with toilet within the bathroom.

Disappointment on arrival, it was not stipulated that the apartment was located on the parking lot... only concrete. The very small rooms, the furniture at the end of the bed did not allow to stretch the legs for a tall person. Little space for the very basic kitchen. No telephone network, no internet. However, very good geographical location. To be recommended taking into account the remarks.
