The accommodation
Enjoying a privileged location 5 minutes from the port and the beach, the residence extends over a 4 ha estate dotted with pines. You will stay in equipped apartments divided into small cottages with balcony or terrace. From 06/04, you will enjoy a magnificent heated outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant, a bar and a mini-market.
At your disposal on site: wifi access (charged) in the apartments, playground, laundry (charged) and private closed parking.

Timetables and conditions
Conditions :
Prices in euros, per accommodation and per stay. Rates valid until 31/03/19 and subject to change after this period.
Deposit to be paid on site: 300 € (2 payments: accommodation + cleaning). The deposit is returned after inventory on the day of departure. Possible payment: cheque, credit card (visa or eurocard)
Tourist tax to be paid on site: 1,65€/night/ person (+18 years old).
Eco participation: 0,20€/night/adult (+18 years old)
Arrival and departure times:
Rental formula: arrival from 5pm - Departure before 10am (Arrival possible from 3pm between November and March)
Escapade package: arrival from 4pm - Departure before 11am
In case of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the reception of the residence on Saturday before 6pm which will inform you of the procedure to follow.
