The residence profits from a privileged site, the “feet in water” vis-a-vis the Atlantic Ocean, and
in front of the greatest beach of Audierne (a street to be crossed). It is made up of 66 apartments within
3 pretty buildings with typically local architecture.
On the spot, reception and mail service, space relaxation and living room, a spa bath with supplement, one
heated swimming pool external directed towards the sea (5.6 X 6,7m ²) open from May to at the end of September according to weather,
with a large terrace solarium arranged of deckchairs. The residence has an underground car park
with entry by door code (a place by housing) with supplement

un bonjour plus que bref et tout suite,,prépare un cheque de caution,les draps c'est tant,le ménage c'est tant etc etc really cold welcome. accommodation not very clean, sock under the bed, bottle in the cupboard. oxidation importante au niveau du bas du frigo.salle de bain tres mal éclairée,meuble gonflé par l'umidité,joints silicone marron jaune,baignoire bouchée.plaque de cuisson vétuste joint d'évier tres tres sale.balcon très petit 2 personnes maximum.vaiselle pour 4 tout juste pas une cuillere de +.chien qui urine dans les parties communes.piscine non chauffée. PITY BECAUSE VERY NICE LOCATION WITH POOL FACING THE SEA

Everything was perfect. Superb environment, beach right next door. Nice amenities, we appreciated the TV, the dishwasher and the free underground parking. Staff very responsive to any problem. We will certainly come back.
