A very difficult house. Cleaning not done, very high humidity, mould in the bathroom, kitchen furniture under the sink deplorable, plastering of the children's room ready to fall on the bed, gate in more than bad condition with visible screw points (perfect for thieves ...), a layout not thought through and a more than minimal equipment. I will stop here but the list is long. NOT TO BE RENTED
