A small cottage ideally located: neither too close nor too far from the center and the main beach: 1 km and quiet, sheltered by trees and shrubs of an enclosed garden. The beds are comfortable and the equipment functional even if they are not first youth! except the bathroom nice and redone! The owner is available and accommodating. I recommend it!

The cottage is large, spacious enough for 2 people, the owner does not bother to move for a possible inventory of fixtures or the handing over of keys, in case of problem, you are alone. The cleanliness was miserable in this period of sanitary crisis, hair everywhere in the shower tray, traces at the bottom of the toilet, plates on the draining board that look like they are tired of waiting for them to be washed properly, the grill on the barbecue also lamented on its condition of life, we washed the floor of the cottage when we arrived, the water from the mop was black even if the floor does not seem so dirty at first glance. After a good cleaning of a few hours the first day, the location is nice even if the beach is not >500m as announced but a good 1.5km, in short good holiday I had never been to Lacanau before, I loved the atmosphere in the evening, the streets full of life. However, if I have to come back, it will be in another location, because the price paid is too expensive to have to clean the house itself when I arrive.

Apartment too small. There are only two rooms. "living room, bedroom with a mezzanine too small". Away from all shops and the sea. Possibility to walk in town but too dangerous because of all the bicycles etc....... the house is not 500 meters from the village.
