Provence villa set in fantastic surroundings, with view and pool, accommodating 10 people This two storey villa covering 200 sq. metres and accommodating 8 people (4 double rooms) is situated on a private and totally unspoilt plot of land (4000 sq. metres ), 3 kilometres east of Lorgues. The villa is a typical Provencal style with whitewashed walls and window shutters, a large veranda under cover with a roof of attractive Roman tiles. The 200 sqm are divided into 150 sqm on the ground floor and 50 sqm on the first floor. A double garage is situated below the west facing veranda. To the left of the entrance, you have 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and a utility room with washing machine. To the right of the entrance, you have the living quarter comprising 65 sqm open plan dining- and living room with large open fire place and American style kitchen. The living area has an attractive sofa arrangement by the fire place and a large dining table. Three doors open out onto the two verandas; the south facing veranda of 40 sqm is under cover. The west facing veranda (50 sqm) treat you to the most breathtaking views over vineyards, fields and forests.The kitchen is equipped with cooker, dishwasher and large fridge with icemaking machine and iced water on tap.The house is provided with aircondition/heatpump.On first floor there are a further two double bedrooms, connected, and with direct access to a south facing roof terrace of 20 sqm. By the south facing veranda you find the swimming pool (4 x 8 m) with appropriate sun loungers by the close by open air fire place/barbeque.
