This villa is a fantastic place to spend a good and quiet rest for your holidays. The house has been recently built and offers great quality materials. It is distributed as entrance hallway, 3 large bedrooms (2 with two single beds and one with one double bed) each one with aircon, TV and DVD, a very large and full equipped kitchen and a superb living/dining room. Spacious rooms are all over the house. Due to an elevated setting, the views are wonderful and the mature garden, largely planted, offers great recreational spaces: a newly built swimming pool area with wooden terraces as well as a Jacuzzi and a summer kitchen with its barbecue corner and big table in the shadow. You are located within a residential area of the village of Busot called Bonalba Alta, at about 10 min driving distance to the fantastic beaches of El Campello and San Juan de Alicante. The neighbourhood is quiet. Amenities at the village (3 min driving).
