Nice and suggestive country villa set in a quiet and sunny location in the surroundings of Pietraperzia, right in the middle of Sicily,
not far away from Piazza Armerina and the mythic Valley of the Temples of Agrigento. The villa is placed on a low hill with an overlooking position enjoying a beautiful view to the countryside, which extends all around and is characterized by mild hills covered with fields of corn and young olive-trees. All around the villa extends a very well-maintained garden - full of flowers and Mediterranean plants - accommodating a terrace-solarium and the private swimming pool (10 m x 5 m – depth 1,20 m) functioning from 26 April to 27th September on which a terrace with arcade equipped for open-air dinners (furniture, barbecue and outside shower) looks. On the backside of the house, in correspondence to the kitchen, there is a second large and equipped terrace. This comfortable residence offers well-distributed spaces, bright and refreshing insides which have been furnished with simple style elegance furnishings, perfectly fitting with the refined colours of the wall-paintings. In the 6000 sq. m extending property’s garden there is also a dependence which is - now and then – inhabited by the owners. Private sheltered parking. No smoking accommodation.
