Beautiful owner’s villa placed in a quiet and sunny location inside the fertile Pianura Pontina in the surroundings of Latina, 70 km on the southern side of Rom. In its outskirts there are interesting localities such as Gaeta, Sperlonga, Sabaudia, Sermoneta…and Naples, which is 175 km away. The villa is immersed in the green of a luxuriant garden (sq. m 10.000) full of eucalyptus, mimosas, gardenias, hedges, aromatic and ornamental plants, where it is as pleasant to take a walk as to swim in the private pool (m 5 x m 10 – Min. depth: m 1,20 / Max. depth: m 1,80 – functioning from 28th April to 29th September) or to take a relaxing sauna in the dependence set at the solely disposal of the guests. The residence has been restored respecting the original shapes and colours and offers comfortable and spacious insides which have been furnished with functionality and according to the owner’s good taste. The broad living room with luminous glass doors looks on to the garden equipped with furniture (tables, chairs, sunshades); sideways - in a secluded but easily reachable zone - there are the swimming pool and a wide space equipped for open-air dinners (outside kitchenette, barbecue, table, chairs, deck-chairs). Private parking inside the estate. Borgo Carso (shops, banks, restaurants) is 2 km away. Manage is 10 km away. Golf course is 30 km away. Sea with sandy beach is 12 km away.
