Very well kept property, immersed in the green vegetation, where a good distance from one another are the three villas Anfora 1, 2, 3 as well as the owners' villa, the caretakers house and 2 other small apartments. Peaceful position. In a secluded position in a large outdoor area with olive trees and lawn is a beautiful swimming pool (8x16) and a tennis court (shared). Each house has its own equipped outdoor area. Access from a pleasant avenue with automatic gate. Complete, reasonably comfortable furnishings. A couple (the caretakers) live on the property. Parking. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. DISTANCES: 3 km Pitigliano, 4 km Sovana, 30 km Saturnia with its spas which are good for the skin, 38 km Lake Bolsena, 60 km from the Argentario, the most prestigious coast of Tuscany. ACCOMMODATION: (approx. 50 m2) Gr.fl.: living/dining room with small double divan bed, kitchen corner and access to an equipped terrace, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
