Access to the house along 100 m of dirt track road. DISTANCES: 4 km Assisi (all kinds of shops, public swimming pool, tennis court), 24 km Perugia, 32 km Gubbio, 35 km Lake Trasimeno, 60 km Todi. ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: spacious living/dining room (satellite TV, video recorder, DVD) with fireplace, single sofa bed and a 12-person table, kitchen (oven, microwave, freezer) with fireplace and an 8-person table, 1 bedroom with small double bed (150 cm), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, room (washing machine). 1st fl. (accessed also from outside): small lounge, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with bath. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.
