Cosy apartment (150 m2) that is part of a former farmhouse which was transformed into 4 holiday apartments and is situated on a hill near Lake Trasimeno (6 km as the crow flies). Views of the garden, the countryside and of stretches of the lake in the distance. Peaceful position (a country dirt road passes near the house on one side). The apartment is the most important one among the four and has both a private car access as well as its own outdoor area with reserved car park. Shared between the other 3 apartments: a large lawn with swimming pool (6x12), equipped gazebo with barbecue and multi-use field for five-a-side football and volleyball. Access to the house along approx. 2 km of dirt track road in good condition. ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: large living/dining room with fireplace (TV) with access onto a terrace with table for outdoor dining, kitchenette (freezer, barbecue, dishwasher), 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl. (access with outdoor and indoor stairs): hall with small billiards' table, 1 double bedroom with terrace, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and terrace (5x2), 1 single with the possibility of an additional bed, 1 bathroom with bath. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. LOCATION: Lake Trasimeno (6 km as the crow flies), 3 km from the town of Sanfatucchio, 10 km Chiusi, 12 km Castiglion del Lago one of the most important towns of the lake (all kinds of shops), 25 km Perugia, 35 km Assisi.
