In a beautiful villa situated on the slopes of one of the most enchanting valleys in the Chianti region, the owners of this property have created, near to their own apartment but with totally separate entrances, two comfortable apartments in the central nucleus and a third one that has been obtained from the restoration of a small annexe 10 m from the villa. Beautiful views over the countryside. On the estate, on the slope that overlooks the valley and village of Barberino is a beautiful swimming-pool (6x12) shared with the owner too. Barbecue. Each apartment has its own equipped outdoor area and satellite TV. Laundry room in the owner s house (2.50 Euro/load). Air conditioning in each apartment. Parking. Comfortable furniture. This is the most enchanting part of the Chianti region with typical villages and famous farm estates that produce the excellent and famous Chianti wines. ACCOMMODATION: Annexe (45 m2). From the living room by going down two steps you gain access to the kitchen/dining room (microwave), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
