LA CUCCIATA - Citta' Della Pieve

Pretty and characteristical farmhouse on the slopes of a hill that benefits from an extremely beautiful view over the valley. We are on the border between Umbria and Tuscany. Peaceful position. The house is surrounded by various equipped and grassy areas, some in the shade, there is an ancient wood-burning oven. Ideal for walks. Upon request a cook is available for lunches and dinners (traditional cuisine, prices to be agreed on the spot with the cook herself). Parking outside of the gate. DISTANCES: Just 4.5 km from the very beautiful town of Città della Pieve (various shops), 15 km the Etruscan city of Chiusi, 24 km Chianciano (an important spa centre), 35 km Montepulciano, an important city of art which is famous for its wine (vino Nobile di Montepulciano), 45 km Lake Trasimeno, within a radius of 35/40 km other important towns such as Orvieto, Bolsena etc. ACCOMMODATION: Mezzanine gr. fl. on various levels: living room (TV), dining room with ancient fireplace and access onto a small covered terrace, kitchenette (oven, freezer), 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 bathroom with bath. Characteristic furniture and reasonably comfortable. There are some locked farm rooms on the gr. fl. Central heating.
