Situated on the side of a hill from which you can enjoy a particularly pretty view typical of the Sienese countryside. The farmhouse is part of a family-run commercial farm that produces excellent wine. Peaceful position. Ample view of the countryside. Spacious outdoor areas part of which are equipped are at the guests' disposal. The house is accessed by a dirt track road in good condition but not suitable for sports cars. Possibility of renting three accommodations together for 14 sleeping spaces with the name SCHIVANOIA 14. Parking. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. DISTANCES: 4 km from the historic city centre of San Quirico d'Orcia (all kinds of shops), 11 km Pienza, 24 km Montepulciano, 45 km Siena. Ideal position for visiting Tuscany and nearby Umbria. ACCOMMODATION: In the former hayloft (35 m2) 1st fl. (accessed by an external staircase): kitchen/dining room (TV, dishwasher) and access onto a small terrace with a table for breakfasts, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower (washing machine).
