Villa Bellaria is set inside the small medieval town of Campagnatico (all kinds of shops). Apartments have been made out of the villa's outbuildings and are spread out inside the large and charming parkland of 3 hectares. In the villa there are 4 bedrooms and the owners' house. Apartment 8, together with other apartments, has been created from the old olive-mill, apartment 5 is in the farmhouse next to the villa. For the guests' use there is a beautiful swimming pool (7x14) as well as table tennis, a boules pitch, a volleyball pitch and 2 mountain bikes. The parkland is dominated by a large terrace garden with views of the Ombrone river, 5 km away, where you can practice sport fishing. Simple but pleasant furniture Shared washing machine.
