Nice property of 60 hectares where on the top of a gently sloping hill a small group of holiday houses have been created from the renovation and enlargement of an ancient farmhouse and 2 small outbuildings and from where you can enjoy an extensive 360º view. The complex has 8 small apartments, 6 of which are in the main structure and 2 are in the outbuildings. The house is surrounded by a large, well-kept lawn that is at the guests' complete disposal, where you will also find the swimming pool (14x9), sauna and boules pitch (shared between the guests). Beautiful, broad views of the hills. Inside the structure, small and elegant restaurant where the guests can reserve a small breakfast (continental) and dinners (local Umbria dishes). It is possible to book dinner for the day of arrival. Large, covered, equipped terrace in front of the restaurant at the guests' disposal. Good level of peace and quiet. TV with satellite antennae in each apartment. Access to the property along 1.4 m of unpaved road. You can rent all the apartments together with the name LEGGENDA. Parking. Reasonably comfortable furniture.
