Imposing farmhouse (360 m2) situated on a hillside from where you can enjoy a beautiful and broad view of the valley. Peaceful position even if a secondary road runs near a side of the garden. The house is characterised by a very well-kept and equipped garden with swimming pool (10x5) with outdoor shower and a second shaded area on the side of the house. The owner lives in a house that is 30 m away, with a completely independent entrance. It is possible to book the property for 6-7 sleeping spaces under the name CASONE 6; in this case 1 double bedroom on the first floor and the attic will not be available. Parking. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. DISTANCES: Just 3 km from the ancient town of Monteleone d'Orvieto (grocery shops), 5 km Città della Pieve (all kinds of shops). We are located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany: 15 km from the Etruscan town of Chiusi, 25 km Chianciano (important thermal centre), 35 km Montepulciano (important city renowned for its art and excellent 'Vino nobile di Montepulciano' wine, 45 km Lake Trasimeno, and in a radius of 35-40 km there are other important centres such as Orvieto, Bolsena, etc....
