Old 10 ha estate situated just outside Monteverdi Marittimo (all kinds of shops), whose owner, an internationally famous sculptor, lives in the 16th century Florentine style villa, where his art school is also located renovated some of the rural buildings creating stone-built houses, finished off with numerous travertine, stone ('pietraserena') and bronze sculptures. Beautiful panoramic view. Peaceful position. The property is characterised by a museum park and by a very well cared for woods and an uncontaminated countryside while the apartments have numerous artistic ceramics in every room, travertine or terracotta floors and wood beamed ceilings. Shared: green outdoor areas with covered swimming pool (3x9) with heated water, 1 bathroom with shower and sauna hut, equipped sun-trap terrace and laundry room (coin operated washing machine).
