This complex, which dates back to 1300 and orginally housed Cavaliere Luca di Totto from Panzano, has recently been renovated in accordance with Tuscan traditions and is considered one of the most beautiful complexes in Tuscany. The property was already mentioned in 1427 in many documents about the Chianti Classico and the ancient rural buildings. The panorama is splendid when looking either towards Siena and Florence. Peaceful position. In the large green areas that surround the house there is a swimming pool (15x7) (1/5-31/10) and it is also possible to go for walks and pick herbs and fresh vegetable from the vegetable patch to be eaten together with delicious meat grilled on the barbecue which is at the guests disposal.The farm produces excellent Chianti Classico wine and olive oil that can be purchased directly from the farm. Each apartment has a safe and stereo. It is possible to rent a mobile phone and bikes, book a chef-service, massages, a welcome basket with the basic necessities (on request - 40 Euro), organize excursions and cooking lessons. Comfortable furniture. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. DISTANCES: 1 km Panzano (all kinds of shops) , 35 km Siena, Firenze, S. Gimignano. ACCOMMODATION: (140 m2) 1st fl. (entrance from a shared courtyard): large living/dining room (50 m2) withTV and large fireplace and access to an equipped panoramic terrace (10 m2), kitchen/dining room (oven, 2 fridges with freezer, dishwasher), 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine), 2 double bedrooms one of which with bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with shower. By going down a wooden staircase to the floor below you access 1 double bedroom with view. The bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. A hour of daily cleaning is included in the price (excluding Saturday). LOCATION: 1 km Panzano (all kinds of shops) , 35 km Siena, Firenze, S. Gimignano.
