Beautiful 19th century manor villa that has been recently renovated and transformed into a holiday house. The villa is situated in a hillside position inside a small property full of olive trees, where an excellent olive oil is produced. Beautiful, broad views of the valley. Excellent level of peace and quiet. The house is surrounded by 2,000 m2 of equipped lawn and garden where you will also find the swimming pool (5x10). It is possible to purchase extravirgin olive oil on site. Please request when booking and pay for on the spot: a sleeping space on the divan on ground floor. Access to the property along a dirt track in fairly good condition. Parking. DISTANCES: 5 km from Foligno (celebrated from the Quintana festival that is held every year in September), 8 km Spello, 17 km Assisi, 35 km Perugia, 50 km Lake Trasimeno. ACCOMMODATION: (450 m2 total) Small apartment (35 m2) Gr. fl. (does not communicate with the upper floors): living/dining room with kitchen corner , 1 double bedroom (h. 2m) with bathroom with shower, billiards' room, laundry room. Covered terrace (30 m2) well equipped. Simple furnishings. 1st fl. (main access on garden level behind the house): large living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen (freezer, dishwasher, oven), 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath. 2nd fl.: 1 double bedroom with bathroom (shower and bath), 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. Comfortable furnishings. Central heating. Baby-bed available.
