Beautiful apartment (75 m2) situated in a panoramic position in the renowned Positano, one of the most typical resorts along the Amalfi coastline.Peaceful position. Extensive views over the sea from the terrace. The apartment is one of the oldest in the village and its appearance is due to a painstaking restoration which was carried out re-using the former building materials together with modern items such as the famous ceramics from Vietri. Nearby is the accomodation called VILLA LAURA. Public pay parking 100 m away. DISTANCES: The main beach is approx. 100 m away and is reached by a staircase surrounded by greenery and also used by the guests of the two apartments down below. Within a radius of 100 m are all kinds of shops and famous bars and restaurants. ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl. (access up a 50-step staircase): spacious entrance/open area where there is a built-in kitchen corner (small fridge, oven) with dining table, living/dining room (TV) withfireplace, double divan bed and access to an equipped terrace (35 m2), 1 double bedroom with access to the terrace, 1 bathroom with bath (no window, extractor fan and washing machine).
