Perched on the hilltop above Villefranche-sur-Mer, the domain of Mont Leuze is set in private woodlands and has exceptional panoramic views stretching over the Rivieria and the Alps. Within the grounds are two swimming pools surrounded with sun loungers, one facing out over the Mediterranean and the other with a backdrop of hills and distant villages. Large pool open 1 March to 31 October. Small pool open all year. The larger pool has a fountain at one end, and if this feels a little too cool in out of season months, the second pool is heated. There are two tennis courts, surrounded by shady trees and plants, which can be booked in advanced and are open to all guests on the domain. There is a basket ball court, state of the art gymnasium and you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. Mont Leuze is nestled between vibrant Monaco and Nice with charming Eze and Villefranche nearby and many other coastal towns with luxury marinas, coves and beaches to explore. The accommodation within the gated domain of Mont Leuze comprises 20 separate residences, each surrounded by trees with private terraces. Each house is on two levels and bedrooms can be made up as double or twin rooms so if you have any specific requirements, please mention at the time of booking. The Ardeche prestige villas have a large private lawned garden with a water feature cascading into a splash pool, creating the perfect calming atmosphere, and high quality interiors with flat screen TVs in each room, a bedroom en-suite with sunken jet bath, a sociable corner kitchen with high stools along the counter and cosy lounging and dining areas. The atmosphere is relaxed and tranquil and the bi-lingual team who manage the domain are friendly and helpful. Shops are a 5 minute drive and beaches are within 10 minutes drive along scenic winding roads through the hillside. There is a popular authentic French restaurant a short drive down the hill from Mont Leuze.
