Close to the village centre of Cravans, this delightful old mill has been lovingly restored and converted to provide cosy accommodation. The original beams and stone walls create an atmosphere of charm and character, ensuring a perfect location for a memorable holiday. In a peaceful and romantic setting, ideal for honeymooners, it is complete with private swimming pool, pretty lawned gardens and a small stream that flows tranquilly by. The stream runs under the house and can be seen through a thick glass plate. Just a short drive away are the beaches and caves of Meschers, the sandy beaches of Royan with boat trips to the lighthouse of Cordouan in the Médoc region of the Gironde Estuary. Bordeaux wine such as Margaux can be tasted at the many vineyards of the area.. Parking. Swimming pool (7.5m x 5m, depth 1m to 1.6m). Washing machine. Dishwasher. Satellite TV. ACCOMMODATION: Charming living/dining room with open fireplace, opening on to garden and small stream. Small fitted kitchen, door to garden and covered terrace. Unusual steep ladder stairs from living room to mezzanine with one double and two narrow single beds divided by central cupboards. Outside access to shower room, WC and the mill. Utility room. In mill, ground floor - grand piano. Open tread staircase (not suitable for toddlers or elderly) directly to twin bedroom. Ladder stairs (not suitable for toddlers or elderly) to second floor: 1 double with en-suite shower room. Fenced bean shaped swimming pool Fireplace Table tennis in garden Central heating.
