The property is situated on a farm and from here you can enjoy beautiful views onto vineyards, countryside, and the private pool. On two levels, the property has a superb veranda, ideal for evening meals unless you wish to eat by the pool under the covered pergola. This is a good holiday base, being only 7 km from Montignac and the caves of Lascaux, with many restaurants along the river Vézère, ideal for canoeing. A twenty minute drive leads to a beach on Lake Coly or Lake Fossemagne. A little further is Sarlat known for its markets and the valley of St. Eyzies. Do not miss a visit to the gardens of Eyrignac with the 18th century formal gardens. Parking. Swimming pool (7.5 m x 3.5 m; 1.2 m 1.6 m deep).
