Standing in the heart of Savoie near the National Park of La Vanoise, this alpine chalet is one of the holiday properties set at the edge of a typical village. Inside the comfortable living room has French windows leading to a balcony with panoramic views over the surrounding mountains. In summer activities include horse riding, mini golf, tennis, paragliding and rafting. Not far away is the recreational lake of Mâcot with an outdoor playing area. On site is a small outdoor swimming pool shared with other properties. The surrounding area is ideal for walking, biking or climbing (mountain guides can be arranged). For a day trip the scenery around Annecy Lake is stunning with mountains plunging down into clear water. Parking. Shared swimming pool (7m x 3m, depth 1,2 - 2m open in July and August). ACCOMMODATION: Lower ground floor: Two double bedrooms. Twin bedroom. Bathroom. Separate WC. Ground floor: Large living/dining room with sofa bed. Kitchen. Separate WC Balcony Terrace. There is a laundry service available. Central heating. Not suitable for the elderly/infirm. 0TV LOCATION: 50m above Montalbet (lively village), 5km (shops), 12km from Aime (all facilities), 19km S of Bourg Saint Maurice (ski resort), 99km SE of Chamonix (all facilities, train station).
