In the heart of the Savoie mountains in a superb position overlooking the Tarentaise Valley, this modern alpine chalet is one of the holiday properties set in the family resort of Vallandry. Inside the comfortable living room has a fireplace, ideal in low season or for cosy evenings in, and French windows leading out to a sunny balcony. The large glass fronted windows make the property really luminous and airy. In summer many activities are organised on site and within easy reach is the resort of Les Arcs where golf, tennis, paragliding, rafting, mountain biking and Husky dog-karts can be enjoyed. All around are marked trails ideal for walking, mountain biking and hiking (mountain guides can be arranged on site). Parking. ACCOMMODATION: Lower ground floor: Three twin bedrooms. Bathroom. Shower room. Separate WC. Ground floor: Living/dining room with sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen. Separate WC Balcony. There is a laundry service available. Central heating. Not suitable for the elderly/infirm. Linen hire available. 0Satellite TV & DVD LOCATION: 5km from Les Arcs (all facilities, shops, restaurants), 19km S of Bourg Saint Maurice (ski resort), 99km SE of Chamonix (all facilities, train station).
