A totally charming and quaint villa located in the peaceful area of El Vila, just a 5-minute drive from Puerto Pollença and the beach. This delightful villa stands in lovely terraced grounds with a pool area surrounded by lush lawn and palm trees. Set into the side of a hill it enjoys a privileged and secluded position with fantastic views to the mountains. Villa Moix is very cosy and comfortably furnished with accommodation on several levels and is ideally suited to a group of adults or a family with teenagers. The main part of the house has two bedrooms: a twin bedroom on the mezzanine floor and an ensuite master bedroom on the first floor, with a further simple annexe twin bedroom reached via a covered terrace to the side of the front door.
