Shared with the owners: small equipped garden, outdoor shower, washing machine. Domestic help is possible (15 Euros/hour). Access to the house only by means of a stairway of approx. 60 stairs which leads to the property from the street. Parking on the street approx. 50 m from the house.
ACCOMMODATION: (30 m2) Gr. fl.: (small, equipped entrance portico): kitchen corner (oven, freezer), sleeping area with double bed and sitting area (armchairs, TV), 1 bathroom with shower. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Air conditioning.
LOCATION: 100m grocery shop, 1 km Praiano (all kinds of shops), 1.5 km the pebble beach and rocky shoreline, 7 km Positano, 8 km Amalfi, 22 km Sorrento, 65 km Naples.
