Detached house close to the house of the owners Janine and Philippe Prades (old farm - 1877) in a small village calms (400 H) on a slope (370 m). Terrace equipped full south and garden with panoramic sight on the Pyrenees. The village has only 2 trade, but with SOUMOULOU (2 km) you will find all the trade and services (doctor, dentist, pharmacy, station, bank, supermarket, bakeries, press, hairdressers, pharmacy, restaurants...). On PAU (15km), for your leisures you will find cinemas, skating rink, bowling, rooms of spectacle, casino... The situation is ideal to visit, in a radius of 20 km, the triangle PAU (capital of Béarn), DOORS (town of pélerinage) and TARBES (city of the horse). With 25km, you will visit the vineyards of Jurançon and Madiran. Moreover, in 1 hour - 1h30 - you will join the Pyrenees for an excursion in mountain, the coasts Basque and landaise with their fine sand beaches and mountainous or balneal Spain.
