The residence “I Due Laghi” is situated in Villastrada Umbra, a peaceful small hilly village between the lakes Trasimeno and Chiusi, on the border with Tuscany, at 10 Km approximately from the motorway
In the constrution are inserted two flats for the use of turists:
- The first consists of an entrance hall, a living room with a terrace, two bedrooms, bath-room, and kitchen for a total 65 square metres, for 5 persons (1 bedroom with 3 beds, 1 bedroom with 2 beds).
- the second consists of an entrance hall, two bedrooms, bath-room, and kitchen for a total of 50 square metres for 4 + 1 persons (1 bedroom with 3 beds, 1 bedroom with 2 beds).
The price of second flat is discounted of 8% as regards the first.
Both apartements are furnished for a comfortable stay.
They are inserted in a characteristic stone construction. In the garden, at the disposal of the guests, hammocks, swing, barbecue, children’s toys, mountain bikes. A panoramic solarium, with deckchairs, tables and shower is a pleasant characteristic of the building.

- If you want to be immersed in sunflower or grain fields, or in the freshness of the meadows;
- If you like excursions by bicycle, between villages and farm-houses or you’re attracted for the Trasimeno and Chiusi lakes beauties;
- If you’re looking for gastronomy, local wine and flavours like lake's fish, Pienza cheese, Chianina meat, etc;
- If the wine cellars and the oil-mills are your passion, the residence “I Due Laghi” is the ideal place for your stay. In Villastrada there are essential services as such as market, bar, newspapers, post-office, pizza, etc.
How to find us: A1: exit Chiusi/Chianciano, Perugia direction. After 10 km crossroad on the left for Villastrada Umbra.
