This unique country house, which has been created from the restoration of ruins, was designed and built by the owner, a naïf artist. The combination of stone, iron and wood enriched with sculptures and other solutions, give a particular charm to the entire ambiance. Situated on a hill, this house offers a good level of peace and quiet and a panoramic position with views of the medieval hamlets that surround it. The farmhouse, made up of only 4 apartments, one of which is inhabited by the owners, is in the middle of a property of 1.5 ha and is surrounded by secular oak trees. Connected to the accommodation is a swimming pool (12x6 m; 1.5 m deep) with a ramp that allows disabled persons to access it. The swimming pool enters the shared room; therefore you can enter the water also directly from the accommodation. The shared room has a large fireplace, TV, hi-fi, green table and piano. Outside the shared room, there is an equipped area with a second fireplace, barbecue, wood burning oven and bar for pizza parties. In a corner of the garden there are various board and memory games (checkers, chess, etc.) on the floor as well as a 'rocaille' (rock garden) with fountains that end in a small lake with trout.
