Beautiful country house consisting of a main building where the manor apartment is located (Cunicchi 2) and an outbuilding with 2 apartments, one of which is Cunicchi 1. the property is situated on a hill in a peaceful and panoramic position in the valley of the Tevere river. Beautiful, broad views of the surrounding olive tree groves and the walls of the ancient hamlet of Montecchio. Excellent geographic position for visiting Umbria, Etruria and Tuscany. Shared between the 2 apartments: equipped outdoor areas where you will find the swimming pool (6x12) in a panoramic position. The property of approx. 1 hectare is completely fenced in. the owner uses the other apartment in the outbuilding only on the weekends for welcoming the guests, leaving it free from Monday on. 3 mountain bikes are available for the guests. In the area near the hamlet it is possible to go for walks and to purchase excellent extra-virgin olive oil. It is possible to book the CUNICCHI 1 and the CUNICCHI 3 together for 10-14 sleeping spaces with the name CUNICCHI. Parking. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. DISTANCES: 1 km Montecchio (basic necessity shops), 10 km beauty Farm of Centro Messegué, 19 km Orvieto, 25 km Todi, 30 km Bomarzo (stone monster park), 30 km Viterbo and Civita di Bagnoregio (the dying city), 40 km Assisi and Chiusi (National Etruscan Museum), 60 km Rome (1 hour train ride).
