Very beautiful farmhouse complex situated in a peaceful and panoramic position in the valley at the gates of the famous medieval town of Cortona . The complex consists of the main building and two other annexes, which have been recently renovated and divided into 9 apartments all with tasteful and comfortable furnishings. The apartments are all equipped and have a private, equipped outdoor area. The shared outdoor areas are well kept and entirely fenced in. Here you will find a pretty swimming pool (6X12)(15/3-15/10), a pleasant jacuzzi tub, a barbecue and a tennis court. All of the apartments have air conditioning. Mountain bikes available. Baby-bed and high chair are available on request and free of charge. Shared laundry facilities. The Mazzolino 7 and 9 apartments are suitable for disabled persons. Parking. Comfortable furniture. Air conditioning. Central heating. DISTANCES: 1 km Fraticciola (grocery shop), 7 km Camucia (all kinds of shops), 10 km Cortona.
