Enchanting hayloft (160 m2) dating back to the 18th century which has been skilfully restored and is situated on the shore of the man-made lake Corbara (150 m a.s.l.) . Beautiful panoramic views, on one side of the lake which laps the garden (2,500 m2) that is equipped with pergola and stone table, and on the other side, over the vineyards. Peaceful position. Large patio (40 m2) shaded by kiwi trees and grape vines and is equipped with barbecue and table for outdoor dining. Parking. Minimum rental period for two weeks throughout the year.DISTANCES: 5 km from Civitella del Lago (food shop),10 km Baschi (all kinds of shops), 15 km Orvieto, 20 km Todi, 35 km Chiusi, 25 km Lake Bolsena (equipped beaches), 50 km Lake Trasimeno and Perugia, 100 km Rome. Nearby is the famous restaurant Vissani and in a radius of 10 km are restaurants, pizzerias, trattorias, public simming pools, tennis courts, five-a-side football pitch, horse riding. ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: entrance, spacious room (TV, hi.fi) with fireplace and access to the patio, kitchen (oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher) with access to the outside, 1 bathroom with shower, store-room (washing machine). 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedded rooms one of which has a bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bath. There is a locked room where the owners store some personal belongings. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating.
