MONTEMURLO - Umbertide

Former castle that was destroyed during a siege towards the mid-1500s. The rebuilding of this castle gave birth to the 17t-century hamlet that still stands to this date. The hamlet consists of a manor villa and three independent farmhouses, set within a property of 350 hectares which, located in a dominating and panoramic position, overlooks the valley of the Nese river. Peaceful position, broad views of the valley full of woods, olive-tree and chestnut-tree groves. 7 apartments are located in the manor villa and in a farmhouse. Whereas, Montemurlo 1 and Montemurlo 2 have been created from the renovation of the other two farmhouses. Each farmhouse has its own equipped outdoor area and can enjoy a large shared lawn where you will find a pleasant swimming pool (7x14) with large equipped sun terrace (barbecue), with views of the entire valley. In the ancient room of the nearby manor valley, a delightful restaurant/wine shop has been created for the exclusive use of the guests and offers typical Umbrian dishes. The panoramic terrace of the wine shop offers a pleasant atmosphere for tasting wine and gastronomic specialities. Nature itinerary through the woods of the estate. Shared room (washing machine).
