La Feclaz, the flagship resort of the Savoie Grand Revard ski area, is distinguished by the quality of its Nordic skiing site. With 150 kilometres of pistes, you can cross-country ski for long hours and learn biathlon in the stadium that hosted the French Championships in 2015. But the resort offers many other winter activities such as downhill skiing, with more than 50 kilometers of slopes, telemark, snowshoeing, ski-joëring, sledging... Ideal for families, the resort also has a space entirely dedicated to learning children where they can discover, while having fun, the basics of sliding.
In summer, green nature regains its rights and La Feclaz invites you to enjoy the fresh air in many ways. Stay outside school holidays and during COVID period with curfew at 6pm (January 2021): does not provide a real view of the station. Overview : very few shops (no pharmacy for example), plan to do the main shopping in the valley before your stay (sufficient extras in the resort). Vast Nordic skiing area + snowshoe trails. Seems much smaller for Alpine skiing.

A very beautiful resort, we look forward to discovering it in winter. The chairlift schedules are really limited: be careful (for our part, we barely climbed that we had to go down because of the schedules, we would have liked to be better informed). The hiking trails are beautiful, but very, very, very poorly marked.

I recommend the restaurant at the start of the Mollard Noir hike as well as the stroll, an exceptional and accessible panorama with young children. First flight in an unforgettable paragliding experience from Le Revard with the Takamaka agency. Mountain bike courses for children and adults in the Deserts, the Pissieu waterfall..... Feel free to go to the tourist office because there are lots of things to see and do, it is a great region.
