A destination full of contrasts, between turquoise waters and green mountains, Hospitalet de l'Infant is ideal for stays that are sometimes sporting, sometimes relaxing, made of discoveries, hikes and idleness sessions. Organised around its marina, Hospitalet de l'Infant is renowned for its calm and welcoming character. To the north of the city is the beach of "Cristall" : bordered by a pleasant promenade, restaurants, chiringuitos and shops, it extends to the port of the resort. Worshiped by children because of the presence of inflatable structures in the water and small straw umbrellas, it will please holidaymakers in search of tranquility, who can enjoy long afternoons of idleness on its wide bank of white sand, caressed by crystal clear water. The Arenal beach is also rarely visited and is very pleasant in fine weather. It is one of the best equipped beaches in the city, thanks to the presence of the nautical centre which will allow you to practice a wide range of sporting activities : paddle, buoy, surfing, first dive, windsurfing, kayaking, pedal boat... You will have only the embarrassment of the choice. In addition, the resort has three water hiking routes : you will have the opportunity to discover the seabed of Hospitalet and observe many species of fish. The most popular beach is undoubtedly El Torn beach : this immense, beautifully preserved cove, nearly two kilometres long, nestles at the foot of the cliffs, in a breathtaking environment surrounded by maritime pines. It is one of the most popular naturist beaches in Europe, due to the quality of its bathing water and its idyllic setting. From the Rojalas viewpoint at the top of the beach, you will have an unobstructed view of the mountain and the Mediterranean.
As for hiking, there are many itineraries along the Hospitalet de l'Infant : along the coastal paths, through the city or the mountains, they will allow you to capture all the beauty of this superb corner of Spain. In addition to the El Torn beach lookout, other lookouts scattered along the coast will offer sumptuous views of the mountains, the jagged coast and the turquoise water. We advise you to go to the Sant Roc lookout, located near the hermitage of the same name at the top of the mountains of the Serra del Mestral : do not forget your camera, it is one of the most beautiful places to admire the surrounding mountains, and the sunsets are sumptuous. In all, nearly 180 kilometers of trails through the massifs will give you access to unforgettable panoramas, absolutely exotic. In addition to hiking or trekking, you can also mountain bike, via ferrata and climb around the town.
As a family, you should know that the famous PortAventura park is only 27 kilometres from Hospitalet de l'Infant : in a few minutes, young and old can enjoy the best attractions in the whole country ! Ferrari Land, the water park, roller coasters and water attractions are sure to be a highlight of your holiday. Finally, summer festivals, open air cinemas, traditional markets and local restaurants allow you to enjoy your holidays under the sun.

For paella: "Casa Pépita" at the exit of Miami Platja, a pretty well shaded garden, a friendly staff, delicious cuisine and a very reasonable price. Visit Reùs (Gaùdi's homeland): a pretty and well-traded city. Visit Tarragona by train from the Hospitalet, very simple.

Many bicycle paths everywhere. So it's very nice to go to the beach by bike. The shops are close by.
