Located on the hinterland heights, Valbonne invites you to reach the fabulous Côte d'Azur in less than 15 minutes. To bathe and enjoy the sweetness of the Mediterranean, you will have the choice between Antibes and its famous cape, Cannes and its famous Croisette and Nice and its splendid bay of Angels. But you can also settle in one of the small, more confidential coves along the coast. To entertain you, you will still have the embarrassment of the choice between staying quietly on the beach and practicing one of the many activities proposed: sailing, water skiing, paddle, kayaking, diving, sport fishing...

Then discover the beautiful city of Valbonne and its exceptional heritage. Built right next to a Chalaisian abbey, the old village has the shape of a Roman camp : a rectangle organized around two perpendicular central streets. Following the route proposed by the Tourist Office, you will be able to appreciate the beautiful Place des Arcades, listed as a historic monument, the belfry, the old town hall, the 16th century Saint-Bernardin chapel and numerous sundials. Then admire the abbey built in the 13th century and also listed as a historical monument. Its monastery buildings house the Heritage Museum and its church is a perfect illustration of Chalaisian Romanesque art.

With its peaceful and green environment, Valbonne also invites you to many walks. All around the village, no less than 9 itineraries are proposed to you to discover the southern fauna and flora. With your family, take the Brague path which runs along the coastal river between maquis and shady valleys. More difficult, the Aqueduct path will take you to the remains of the Clausonnes aqueduct which fed, in Roman times, the town of Antibes. To vary your activities, you can also visit the aquatic centre or the Victoria golf course, which offers a 9-hole course 2342 metres long. In the evening, join the terrace of a good restaurant to taste the flavours of the soil : Niçoise salad, fougasse, tapenade, ratatouille, daube, Provence honey...
