For example: entrance door that doesn't open properly, broken window frame in the living room (we locked it during our stay), freezer door that can't open fully because the radiator is blocking it, bedding in the 2 bedrooms for 4 people in very poor condition (backache), radiator in downstairs bedroom not working, curtain in double bedroom secured with nails (impossible to open without dropping curtain), shower and bath very dirty, dead flies on floor, cobwebs on ceiling, air vents extremely dusty, some chairs broken (unusable). Our main selection criteria for mountain accommodation are distance from the slopes (if you want to get there on foot) and photos of the accommodation. However, your description is misleading on these 2 points: the photos of the interior of the accommodation on the website are not those of the accommodation we had and the distance from the slopes is not at all less than 500m. We had to take our vehicles to a parking lot near the slopes. With the skis in the vehicles (trunks not big enough, so seats folded down), it was impossible to accommodate 5 people, so one of the two vehicles had to make 2 return trips each time.
