The accommodation itself is pleasant but the ground floor is noisy with the numerous early morning trips to and from the entrance door of chalet A and the vans (dirty laundry and bakers from 6.45am). The numerous steps to access the elevators are also complicated for small children or people with reduced mobility.

translated from frFunctional apartment but with little space (and we were only 6), close to the slopes but the return cannot be qualified as "skis on". The cleanliness is not sufficient (e.g.: dust, on the shelves and in the cupboards, badly washed dishes), the equipment would deserve a rejuvenation (not very efficient cooking plates, bulging stoves, bath/shower selector tap out of order). The residence's swimming pool is frankly too cold to relax in after skiing (21°). We had a pleasant stay but we are not at the level expected from a 4 star residence.
