Geographical situation of your rental
It is not explained well that the keys can be handed over at 5pm as well as at 8pm and not available from 5pm. The accommodation was ok but basic for the price. Minimum of kitchen equipment. A comforter was missing on arrival, we asked twice and got it at 10pm. Sheets and linens were "thrown" on the sofa. Maybe a welcome note was missing... it seemed to be done in a hurry, lack of staff, lack of means? After 9 hours on the road, we can testify to the impatience and incomprehension of holidaymakers, despite everything the agency staff managed with great professionalism and with the means at hand. It's a great resort and the staff on the whole resort is very friendly. The main problem is the lack of politeness and respect, not to mention the noise of the young Dutch people.
