We will receive you in a beautiful apartment, modern and welcoming, composed of an entrance leading to an independent bedroom with 2 bunk beds, to the shower room/WC and to the living room overhung by a mezzanine with a double bed.
the apartment is located at 50 meters from the sea and 250 m from the forest (side views on the left on the sea and on the right on the forest) - the northern exposure allows to take advantage of the luminosity without being too hot in summer.
It is composed of
an entrance,
a small bedroom with bunk beds (new bedding), blackout shutter
a living room with television/DVD player, clic clac (new), shutter between the living room and the loggia
a fully equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob with 4 burners, extractor hood, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, multifunctional microwave oven, plancha, toaster, kettle)
a mezzanine with 1 double bed (new bedding), 4 large dressers and 1 closet
a loggia dining room open on the living room with large bay window (installed in 2022) sound and heat insulation
a bathroom (shower, washbasin, hair dryer, towel rack radiator) and WC
2 large common cellars for bicycles or other bulky items and 1 small private parking space are at your disposal.
Household linen (sheets and towels), cleaning at the end of your stay and baby equipment rental (cot, high chair, booster seat) are optional.
