The Residencial LARIMAR is ideal for spending your vacation in the center of Salou and close to the main beach, Levante. This 6-person apartment is close to the main shops and restaurants, and just a few meters from bus stops, cabs, supermarkets and pharmacies. Just 2 km from Port Aventura and its golf course, and Aquopolis water park.
Accommodation:The residence has two tennis courts, two paddle tennis courts, a children's area and an outdoor jacuzzi.

House rules:

1º We are available to answer any questions you may have to ensure that you have a pleasant stay.
2. The apartment is rented with sheets but without towels (towels €4 pax, optional).
3. Check-in from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys handed over from 9:00 to 20:00).
Apartment arrival time: from 5:00 p.m. (if a guest is leaving that day, otherwise he/she can enter from 9:00 a.m.).
Check-out time: no later than 11 a.m.
4º On departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests may not leave garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6th. It is necessary to present documentation on the identity of guests and to sign the contract.
7th. Wi-Fi connection is free.
8e. The deposit will be managed by Apartbeach by pre-authorization of the card.
9º The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry into the apartment.
