Je suis passionné de cyclisme, sport qu'on peut pratiquer sur les petites routes tranquilles tout en visitant les paysages divers et variés... sans oublier les vignerons récoltants et les spécialités culinaires de la région. Maison très bien équipée, située en Occitanie, région magnifique qui mérite d'être mieux connue. Tout se trouve à proximité et peut se faire à pieds. Le soleil est très généreux et le chant des cigales berce nos siestes d'après repas. Un vrai bonheur! Lotissement très calme. Villa à deux pas de la plage et du centre ville. Marché primeur trois fois par semaine en période estivale sur le front de mer. L'automobile n'est pas indispensable, tout peut se faire à pieds. Dégustation des spécialités culinaires, produits et des vins locaux (fromages, Corbières, Fitou, Minervois)
